Code of Conduct

Agentic Economy Tokyo 2026 is committed to a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, speakers, staff, sponsors, vendors, and partners at the Event and at any related side events or online channels.

1. Our Commitment

We commit to a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, religion, or any other protected category.

2. Expected Behavior

  • Be respectful and considerate of others.
  • Communicate openly with respect; constructive criticism is welcomed.
  • Take responsibility for your space and your impact.
  • Honor confidentiality where applicable (off-the-record / designated Chatham House Rule sessions).
  • Comply with applicable laws and the Event Terms.

3. Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
  • Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
  • Sustained disruption of sessions or communications.
  • Doxxing or recording without consent.
  • Use of the Event for soliciting business or fundraising outside designated channels.
  • Threats or incitement to violence.

4. Reporting

To report a concern, contact us via:

  • Email: conduct@fracton.ventures (alias to be created)
  • On-site: identified staff members in conduct-response roles

Reports are handled confidentially to the extent compatible with safety obligations.

5. Enforcement

Fracton reserves the right to take action, including warning the participant, removal from the Event without refund, banning from future Fracton events, and reporting to law enforcement where warranted.

6. Scope

This Code applies to:

  • All sessions, networking, and side events of Agentic Economy Tokyo 2026.
  • All Event venues, including the designated summit venue and any external dinner / reception venues.
  • Telegram and email channels operated by Fracton in connection with the Event.

This Code of Conduct draws on the Berlin Code of Conduct (CC BY 4.0) and the Contributor Covenant.
