This Privacy Policy explains how Fracton Ventures Inc. (“Fracton”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with Agentic Economy Tokyo 2026 (the “Event”). The policy applies to applications, attendance, and any related communications.

We collect personal data that you provide to us, that is generated through your participation, or that we receive from co-hosting and venue partners. Categories include:
- Application data submitted via Typeform — name, organization, role, country, professional background, reasons for interest, contact details.
- Telegram bot interactions — handle, expressed interests (speaker / sponsor stream).
- On-site data — name badge data, photographs (with opt-in), session attendance logs.
- Communications — emails and messages exchanged in connection with the Event.
2. Purposes
- Reviewing applications and curating the invitee list.
- Event operations including registration, security, and logistics.
- Communications related to the Event (invitations, agenda updates, post-event materials).
- Compliance with applicable laws (e.g., Japanese tax and corporate record-keeping).
3. Lawful Bases
Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws, we rely on the following bases:
- Your consent (application submission, recording / photography opt-in).
- Legitimate interest (event security and operations).
- Legal obligation (record retention).
4. Sharing
- Co-hosting partners — only after the partnership is confirmed, and pseudonymized where possible.
- Venue partner — for badging and access-control purposes only.
- Third-party service providers such as Typeform and Telegram, operating under their respective privacy policies.
- We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party marketing.
5. International Transfers
Some data may be processed outside Japan via service providers (e.g., Typeform in the EU / US). Where required, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with APPI and other applicable laws.
6. Retention
Application and Event-related data is retained for 24 months from the Event date. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Your Rights

8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is fully secure; material incidents are reported in accordance with applicable law.
